One unified platform for a European parking multinational

A European parking multinational ran all of its commercial logic on a spreadsheet nobody could maintain anymore. We moved that logic into a configurable platform and added technical management, support and invoicing.

A network of scattered nodes with hexagonal outlines, joined by thin lines like a map of locations.

From chaos to order

From a spreadsheet nobody wanted to touch to a configurable platform

  1. Starting point

The company managed its international commercial setup in a complex Excel file packed with rules, product configurations and pricing calculations. It was hard to maintain, error-prone and dependent on what a handful of people knew, and putting together a sales proposal took hours.

  2. What we did

We re-engineered the commercial side: we migrated the Excel-based system to a fully configurable platform that centralizes commercial and operational logic, and connected technical device management with support and automatic invoicing.

The business logic no longer depends on specific people: it lives in a system the team itself can maintain and grow.

  3. Outcome

A unified system running in several European countries. Commercial offers and rules are applied automatically, and proposals go out in minutes instead of hours.

Technical follow-up is centralized, sales and technical operations are connected, and clients have a support portal to log and track their tickets.

Under the hood

How the system fits together

  • Configurable platform

All the commercial logic, rules and pricing in one place.

  • Technical management

Ticketing system for the device network.

  • Automated rules

A layer that applies commercial and operational rules on its own.

  • Invoicing and support

Integration with international invoicing and a tracking portal for end clients.

Does your business logic live in a spreadsheet nobody wants to touch?

Take the self-assessment: in a few minutes you’ll see which part of your operation to move first into a system your team can maintain.
