Software Support & Maintenance

We maintain and evolve your software, and support your users.

We fix, update and grow your custom system, and answer your people's day-to-day questions and incidents. Your software always alive, your team always supported.

The cost of not maintaining

Software left unmaintained degrades on its own.

You don't have to touch it for it to get worse. The world around it changes —browsers, libraries, dependencies, threats— and what worked yesterday becomes a risk tomorrow. Meanwhile, the users who rely on it every day pile up questions and blockers with no one to answer them. Maintenance isn't an expense: it's what keeps the problem from blowing up at the worst possible moment.

Technical debt piles up

Every rushed patch and outdated dependency adds up. At some point adding a small feature costs three times as much.

Bugs no one fixes

Bugs get normalized, users learn to "live with" them, and trust in the system erodes day after day.

Security holes

An outdated version is an open door. Most incidents exploit vulnerabilities that are already known and patchable.

Users left without answers

With no help desk behind them, every question turns into a lost email or a task that never gets done. The software gets misused or abandoned.

What it covers

Two fronts: your software and your people.

We maintain and evolve the custom software, and at the same time we support the people who use it every day. Both, under one team.

Corrective maintenance

We fix software bugs and failures as they appear, with root-cause analysis so the problem doesn't come back.

Custom evolution

We add features, adjust workflows and adapt the system as your operation grows and changes.

Preventive maintenance

Optimizations, code cleanup and periodic reviews to anticipate problems before they reach your users.

User help desk

We answer day-to-day questions and incidents over WhatsApp, email or a ticket panel. Your team always has someone to ask.

Security updates

We apply patches, update dependencies and close known vulnerabilities in a planned way.

Backups and recovery

Verified copies and a clear recovery plan so an unexpected event doesn't turn into a data loss.

Response times

A clear SLA by severity.

Not every incident is urgent, but each one has a committed response time. Pick a severity to see how we respond to your team.

< 2 hours Target response time

The software is down or inoperable

Total outage, data at risk or a core process halted that leaves your users unable to work. Immediate intervention and continuous communication until the service is restored.

Example: the system is unresponsive, orders can't be invoiced, login is down for all users.

< 8 business hours Target response time

A key feature is degraded

The software works but a key part fails or blocks several users. We handle it the same business day with high priority.

Example: reports won't load, a module throws intermittent errors, a key workflow blocks a whole team.

< 24 business hours Target response time

A request, improvement or minor bug

A user question, tweaks or errors that don't stop the operation. We plan and resolve them within the normal workflow.

Example: "how do I…?", a text to fix, a visual improvement, a detail on a form.

Example times. The final SLA is defined based on your software and the service model we agree on.

How we work

Proactive, not firefighting.

The difference between a vendor who waits for your call and a partner who stays ahead. This is what happens before something breaks.

Putting out fires
Reactive support
  • Finds out about the problem once it has already affected your users.
  • Waits for someone to report the failure.
  • Patches the bug quickly, without tackling the cause.
  • Every incident is a surprise and a cost.
Staying ahead
DCis proactive support
  • We track errors and software usage: we catch early warning signs.
  • We often resolve before the user even notices.
  • We fix the root cause of the bug, not just the symptom.
  • Planned evolution: fewer surprises, software always up to date.
Full visibility

You know exactly what's happening with your system.

Every month you get a clear report: how the software performed, which user requests we handled, what we resolved and what we improved. No unnecessary jargon, just what matters to your business.

Service models

A model that fits your case.

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. We build the support model around the size of your system, its criticality and your pace of change.

Hour bank

Hours available to use whenever you need them, ideal if your requests are intermittent.

Monthly retainer

Continuous support with an SLA and planned maintenance every month.

Per incident

One-off intervention when something specific comes up, with no permanent commitment.

Tell us about your case and we'll build the model that fits best.

Let's discuss your case
How we work

A process that's simple and traceable.

Your team always knows where each request stands, who's on it and what comes next.

1

Ticket creation

Any user reports through their preferred channel. We log the request and assign a severity.

2

Direct channels

WhatsApp, email or a ticket panel. You always talk to people who know your software.

3

Tracking

We keep you posted on status, timing and decisions, without you having to chase us.

4

Resolution and report

We resolve, document and reflect it in the monthly report.

Frequently asked questions

What you're probably wondering.

Do I need a system built by you to hire support?
No. We take on the maintenance of systems built by third parties. We first run an assessment to understand how it's built and get it in shape, and from there we maintain it and help it evolve.
What happens if I have an emergency outside business hours?
For critical incidents we define a channel and a response time agreed in the SLA. The exact coverage hours are set according to the service model you hire.
How do I know maintenance is worth it if I "can't see it"?
That's why we deliver a monthly report with uptime, resolved tickets and improvements applied. Good maintenance is often invisible precisely because it prevents problems before they happen.
Can I start small and scale later?
Yes. Many clients start with an hour bank or per incident and, once they see the value, move to a monthly retainer with an SLA. The model grows with your needs.
Do you work with open-source and custom systems?
Yes. We maintain both custom systems and open-source solutions (ERP, CRM and management platforms), including updates, integrations and customizations.
