1. About DCisGlobal
Who is DCisGlobal?
We are a technology consultancy. We design the architecture that connects your systems and build the custom software that lets growing companies scale without operational chaos. We work with SMBs and mid-sized companies in Argentina, Spain, and the rest of LATAM and Europe.
What sets you apart from a software shop or a traditional IT consultancy?
Our difference is that we start with architecture, not code. First we understand the client's operational ecosystem, we design the technical blueprint that resolves the friction, and only then do we build. That sequence avoids technical debt, projects that balloon, and software that ages badly.
What kind of companies do you work with?
Mainly SMBs and mid-sized companies that have crossed their operational tipping point — when complexity outgrew Excel, disconnected systems, or the off-the-shelf ERP. We also work with large companies on specific architecture or integration projects.
Which countries do you operate in?
We operate mainly in Argentina and Spain, with clients in other countries across Latin America and Europe as well. We have over 10 years of experience with projects on 2 continents.
2. Free technology assessment
What is the technology assessment?
There are two steps, and both are free. First, the online self-assessment: in a few minutes you answer some questions and we tell you your level, your main bottleneck, and which services are worth a look. If you want to go deeper, the second step is a 45-minute session with an expert, no commitment, where we review your operation in depth and you leave with a concrete roadmap.
Is there any cost or commitment?
No. It is free and with no commitment. Even if you do not move forward with us, you walk away with the systems map, the identified bottlenecks, and an initial roadmap.
How do I book an assessment?
You can book directly from the Book an Assessment page on our site, or message us on WhatsApp at +54 9 2335 40-1722.
How is the assessment carried out?
By video call (typically Google Meet or Zoom). The session lasts 45 minutes and is divided into four blocks: operational context, process review, friction identification, and an initial action plan.
What do I need to prepare before the meeting?
Nothing formal. If you already have some pain points identified (e.g. "data does not flow between the CRM and billing", "we rely too much on Excel", "we have no visibility into the pipeline"), let us know beforehand and we will make better use of the 45 minutes. If not, we start from scratch with an open conversation.
What do I get after the assessment?
A summary with: (1) a current systems map, (2) identified bottlenecks, (3) concrete automation opportunities, and (4) an initial roadmap. All in digital format and ready to share with your team.
3. Services and methodology
What services does DCisGlobal offer?
Two main lines:
- Custom Software: we design and build enterprise platforms, integration systems, process automation, and data-driven systems.
- Technology Architecture: consulting for companies that already have software but need to bring order to it. Deliverables: ecosystem map, integration design, and the central platform plan.
What does the work process look like on a custom software project?
We work in four phases:
- We understand your operation (2-3 weeks): we identify bottlenecks, disconnected systems, and what slows you down day to day.
- System Design (3-4 weeks): we define how systems, data, and processes should connect.
- Platform Build (2-4 months): we develop the software that drives the business operation.
- Continuous Scaling: we evolve and adapt the solution as your company grows.
What technologies do you use?
We choose the stack based on the problem, not the other way around. We work with mature, well-supported, API-first technologies, focused on scalability, maintainability, and documentation. If you want to know what we would use for your specific case, we discuss it during the assessment.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes, when it is part of a larger architecture. We are not an app factory; the apps we build are integrated into the client's ecosystem.
Can you take over a project already underway with another provider?
Yes, but we start with an assessment to understand the current state before committing to timelines and scope. It is key to evaluate the technical quality of the existing code and the viability of continuing vs. rewriting.
4. Pricing and engagement
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope and complexity. We work with different models: fixed-scope project, an hours bundle for support and maintenance, monthly retainer for continuous evolution, or hourly consulting for architecture. After the assessment we can send you a concrete proposal.
How are services billed?
By milestones or by month, depending on the type of project. We can invoice in Argentina or internationally in USD or EUR depending on the client's jurisdiction.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. For any conversation involving sensitive information, we sign an NDA before starting. If you have your own, we review it; if not, we use ours.
5. Post-launch support
What happens when the project ends?
All our projects include an initial warranty period and options for ongoing support and evolution. We do not leave you alone with the code: our philosophy is to build platforms that scale with your business.
How do I report an incident or request a change?
Clients with an active contract have a direct channel to the technical team (typically Slack, a dedicated email, or a ticketing system, as agreed in the contract). The details are defined in each client's service agreement.
6. Privacy and terms
How do you handle my personal data?
See our Privacy Policy for the full detail. In short: we only use your data to respond to inquiries, deliver the service, and, if you gave consent, send you relevant communications. We do not sell or share data for commercial purposes.
What rules apply to using the site?
See our Terms of Service.
