The academic system was fragmented, with nothing integrated. The institution relied on manual processes and limited systems that did not talk to each other: the same information was entered in several places, and day-to-day work hinged on repetitive tasks.

What we did
We carried out a complete digital re-engineering of the academic system and integrated 5 platforms (Moodle, Office 365, payroll, marketing and the institutional ERP) on an infrastructure that centralizes and automates the whole operation.
Instead of replacing everything, we connected the tools the institution already used, so each piece of data lives in one place and nobody types it in twice.
